HOW CAN I PAY?

At awramalabis, we accept all major debit and credit cards, including:

  • Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron
  • MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal and encrypted for your safety. Payments must be completed before your order is shipped. We collaborate with Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to ensure a safe shopping experience online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional fraud and validation checks are also conducted internally.

For international customers, the final price will depend on the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card provider.


RETURNING GOODS

Once your order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. However, you are welcome to return your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please review our Return Policy carefully.

If you are not completely satisfied or need a different size or colour, you can return the item(s) to us at the address below with their original tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt (14 days for international customers). Please note: returns are not free.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must include our Return Form with your item(s). Without this form, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. If you’ve lost your return form, you can download it [Here].

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of being washed or worn repeatedly.

Processing Times:

  • Up to 14 working days from receipt for replacement goods to be dispatched.
  • Up to 28 working days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • During busy periods (e.g., after Black Friday or Christmas), returns may take longer to process.

If we cannot fulfil an exchange due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued, and a confirmation sent to your email. In some cases, we may contact you to arrange an alternative exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please email:

 

 with pictures of the item and its tag, and we will provide a free return label.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return postage expenses.

Please ensure your order number is included in all correspondence.

We recommend using Royal Mail or DPD registered post with compensation cover and obtaining a certificate of posting. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Note: We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.


OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are a customer in the UK or the European Union (EU), you have 28 calendar days under law to cancel your order if you change your mind. However, we may, at our discretion, offer you a longer period for returns from time to time. This cancellation period starts from the day after you receive your order. If your order is split into more than one delivery, the cancellation period will start on the day after you have received all of the products in your order.

If you receive faulty products, you may also have a right to return these products and to ask us to repair or replace them, or get a refund.

Key Conditions for Returns:

  • Any product(s) returned must be sent to us within 28 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the product(s).
  • Returned products should be sent back to us in their original condition, together with the original packaging and all tags.
  • All products are inspected on return. When trying on clothing, please avoid wearing products that could mark or scent the item (e.g., make-up, perfume, deodorant, etc.).
  • Returned products must be unworn and unwashed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that show signs of wear or damage, including stains or markings.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Pierced jewellery, if the packaging or hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and fashion facemasks, unless the hygiene seal is intact and tags remain attached.
  • Beauty products and accessories, if they have been opened or the protective seal is not intact.
  • Shoes, if worn outside or not returned in their original box/dust bag (if any).

Electrical products may have specific warranty terms or additional return conditions outlined on their product page.
